Tauranga Video Camera Club

         

 

 

When it started:

The Club came into being on the 31st March 1986 when a band of some twenty-nine people who were all interested in video met at a Mr Wright's premisis in Greerton, Tauranga.  The inaugural meeting was organised by Brian Murray who later served as president for sometime.  However, the honour of being the first president went to a Mr Fred Andrews.  Tauranga is one of the fastest growing areas in New Zealand and the Video Club has played its part in fostering that growth.

Our Achievements:

Although comparatively yopung in years compared with other clubs in the country, several members have already gained distinction at national level.

Competitions:

At present the club conducts four competitions which are open to all fiancial members.

What does all this cost?

Twelve months subscription is $25.00 per family plus $1.00 per person for supper.  This includes a monthly newsletter.

Meeting Venue

Meet at St Enoch's Church Hall. Cameron & 16th Avenue Tauranga on 1st monday & #rd Tuesday 0f each month at 7-15pm

Welcome to all visitors.

Prospective members and visitors are welcome for two meetings free of charges.
